Choose your payment method and address.

Confirm your request.
Once our team receives your request, they will contact you.
At one of our branches:

Visit our branch with the device you want to exchange.
Choose the new device you want to get.
Tell one of the customer service staff that you want to exchange your device.
The customer service staff will evaluate your old device and give you an offer to buy it.
You can choose to accept or reject the offer.
If you accept the offer, the customer service staff will complete the exchange process.
Receive your new device:
If you requested the exchange online or at one of our branches, you can receive the new device immediately.
